Refund Status - Frequently Asked Questions
The refund term is up to 30 days.
Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about refunds:
Where can I see my refund status?
The moment your refund is requested through our email support@werkey.co, you will receive an automatic request message with your order number.
If you have any questions or exceed the stipulated return period, please contact us with your order number so that we can verify and return your request.
When will I receive my refund?
No refund will be made to the user if he requests it after the 07-day warranty period. However, if an purchased course is disabled for legal or political reasons, you will be entitled to a refund, even after the 30-day limit. Werkey also reserves the right to refund students after the 30-day time limit in the event of suspected or confirmed account fraud.
It's been over 30 days since I requested my refund, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do now?
If more than 30 days have passed since you requested a refund and you still have not received it, please contact our support team with your order number.
What is the difference between a refund and a purchase reversal?
If you paid by credit or debit card, most refunds that are processed within 24 hours of purchase are processed as reversals. This means that the original charge will be removed from your bank statement or credit card statement, usually within 5 business days. If it is a chargeback then you will not see the refunds credited back to your account as they were never withdrawn.
Why did I get credit from Werkey for my refund instead of cash?
When a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be given using Werkey credits, provided it meets our 30-day refund policy. For more information on which transaction types are eligible for credit refunds please see our Terms of Use.
