I don't receive emails from Werkey
After purchasing a course on the Werkey website (werkey.co), you will receive an email with the order request and later with the purchase confirmation.
If you do not receive any email, it is important to check some details:
- Check first that the emails were not directed as spam or to your trash;
- Check if it has not been registered in any other email address;
- Check if your account was not registered with a typo.
After checking these items, two situations can occur:
- Your purchase may not have been completed correctly. Please contact our Support Team at support@werkey.co to verify that your purchase has been completed;
- Your email may have some blockage regarding our system. In this case, it is important that you check the settings together with your account administrator, to find out more information and verify the reason why you are not receiving the emails. Often the user can check his email settings, but if you do not find the problem, we suggest you check so that you do not miss any important information that we may be sending.
