How to create content through the Virtual Learning Environment
The Virtual Learning Environment allows the instructor to create content for their courses from the digital platform itself.
In it, you can create text content, record a video or audio.
1. To do this, access your platform as an instructor;
2. On the home page, click on the course (1) you want to add content to;
3. Click Add (2);
To create content via the platform or the web:
1. Then click on Content (3) or Web Content (4), if you want to add content from an internet link;
2. Put the Title or Subject of your new content;
3. Define a Content Completion Rule by choosing one of the three options:
- With checkbox;
- With a question: select an existing question or create a new one in the format you want;
- After a period of time: determine the time limit;
4. In the edit field, write your content in text, add images, links, create tables and customize your content using the tools available for editing, such as font types, colors, sizes, text formats and so on
5. If it is Web Content (4), paste the URL of the page you want. Accepted URLs are from: Youtube, Vimeo, Wistia, Wikipedia, Slideshare, Scribd, Prezi, Flickr.
6. When finished, click Save.
Creating content in video format:
1. From the drop-down list under Add (2), click Video (5);
2. Fill in the Title or Subject in the indicated field and define the Rule for completion (see guidance above);
3. Next, you can add the video in three ways:

- Use YouTube: paste the URL of the video you want;
- Use a video: upload a video or record one via the platform itself;
- Use a presentation: upload a PPT file.
4. When finished, click Save.
Creating content in audio format:
1. From the drop-down list under Add (2), click Audio (6);
2. Fill in the Title or Subject in the indicated field and define the Rule for completion (see guidance above);
3. Next, upload an audio file or record audio through the platform itself.
4. When finished, click Save.
