What are the rules about content and behavior?

You may only use Werkey for lawful purposes. The user is responsible for all content he publishes on our platform. The user is responsible for maintaining the ratings, questions, publications, courses and other content transferred in accordance with our Trust and Safety Guidelines and the law and respect the intellectual property rights of others. We may terminate your account for repeated or serious transgressions. If the user suspects that someone is infringing his or her copyright on our platform, it is up to the user to notify us.
It is prohibited to access or use the Services or create an account for illicit purposes. Your use of the Services and your behavior on our platform must comply with all applicable local or national laws or regulations of the country in which you reside. You are solely responsible for your knowledge of and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
If you are a student, the Services allow you to send questions to the instructors of the courses you are enrolled in and publish course evaluations. For certain courses, the instructor may invite the user to submit content such as "homework" or tests. The user is not allowed to publish or send content that does not belong to them.
If you are a content provider, you can submit courses for publication on the platform and also communicate with students who have enrolled in their courses. In both cases, you must abide by the law and respect the rights of others: it is forbidden to post any course, question, answer, rating or other content that violates local or national laws or regulations in your country of residence. The user is solely responsible for all courses, content and actions that he publishes or performs by the platform and the Services, as well as their consequences. It is up to the User to understand all copyright restrictions established in the Instructor Terms before sending any course for publication on Werkey.
If we are notified that the user's course or course content violates the law or the rights of third parties (for example, if it is established that it violates the intellectual property or image rights of third parties or is an illegal activity), if we discover that the user's content or behaviour violates our Trust & Safety Guidelines or if we believe that your content or behaviour is unlawful, inappropriate or objectionable (for example, if you impersonate another person), we may remove your content from our platform. Werkey has the discretion to enforce these Terms and ours Trust and Safety Guidelines. We may terminate or suspend your permission to use our platform and Services or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, if you fail to pay any fees when due, upon request from law enforcement or government agencies, for long periods of inactivity, for unexpected technical issues or problems, or in the event of suspected involvement in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or for any reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, we may delete the user's account and content, as well as prevent the user from accessing and using the platforms and Services again. User content may still remain available on the platforms even after account closure or suspension. You agree that we will have no liability to you or any third party for termination of your account, removal of content, or blocking access to our platforms and Services.
If one of our instructors publishes a course that violates the user's copyrights or trademarks, the user must inform us.
